Due to the high demand of appointment slots, a 24-hour notification must be made as there is a cancellation list. If a cancellation is made within 24-hours, and there is suitable time to find someone to fill the appointment, you will not be charged. However if there is not enough time, or the appointment time does not get filled, you will be charged 50% of the booking fee.

There are unforeseen occurrences that occur, this is understandable.
